In-person AI receptionist for small practices
No patient walks in unnoticed.
Ava is an AI receptionist on a tablet at your front desk. She greets every patient the moment they arrive, checks them in by voice, and lets your team know who's here.
Early access is limited. No spam, one email when we're ready for you.
How it works
From the door to your team, in three steps.
01
Ava notices.
Someone walks in and the tablet on your counter wakes up and says hello.
02
Ava checks them in.
The patient says their name or appointment. Ava confirms it. Touch works too.
03
Ava tells your team.
Your staff get a message saying who arrived and when their appointment is.
Why Ava
What changes at your front desk.
Noticed in two seconds.
Ava greets each patient as they walk in, even when everyone is busy.
A conversation, not a form.
Patients say why they are here. No tapping through an iPad.
The same welcome every time.
Monday morning or Friday at five, every patient gets a warm hello.
Questions
Questions and answers.
Does Ava replace my receptionist?
No. Ava handles arrivals so your team can give their attention to the patient in front of them and the caller on the line.
What do I need?
A tablet on a stand at your front desk, plugged in and on Wi-Fi. We'll recommend models to early-access practices.
Is the camera recording my patients?
No. Ava only detects that someone has arrived. She does not identify faces and does not record video.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
We're starting with Google Calendar and adding practice software based on what early-access practices use. Tell us yours when you sign up.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn't final. Early-access practices will get founding-member pricing.
When can I get it?
Ava is in development. Early-access practices will be the first to try her and will help shape what she does.
